Front and rear are molded heavy black thermo plated rubber One pair front& One pair ;rear; Rear: Trial fit and mark splash guard with rear wheel on Remove wheel and attach splash guard by drilling 3/16" bit and use enclosed screws Front: Trial fit and mark splash guard with front wheel pointed straight.
